List (“we”, “us”) operates the List app and website at jointhelist.app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. List is operated by Drive Inc. We comply with the GDPR.

Account details: your name and email address when you sign in (via Apple, Google, or email), so we can create and secure your account.

Content you create: the places you save, plans you build, and your profile details.

Location: if you allow it, your device location is used to show places near you and suggest recommendations when you arrive somewhere new. You can turn this off at any time in your device settings; location is never required to use the app.

Usage data:basic activity such as which places you save or tap, used to improve the app and measure what’s useful.

To provide and secure the app, personalise recommendations, respond to support requests, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

We use trusted service providers to run the app — including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Google Maps Platform (place data and maps). They process data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from within the app, which removes your personal data, saved places, and plans.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, email conor@driveinc.ie.

List is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
